- MBA from a Premier Insitute with handling muti specialty multi locational hospital units at least above 10 to 12 units Age 45 to 50 years
We need a senior candidature who can handle the scale and is aware of the compliance requirements across states
- Group CRO will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by providing comprehensive strategies for recruitment, employee experience, professional development, and retention. This role will oversee the full range of human resources functions and develop strategies while implementing programs that inspire, motivate and support our employees.
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs across all units of the country
- Formulate career development plans
- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer
- Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
- Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
- Supervise HR Directors
- Evaluate training and development programs
- Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions
- Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
