Our client is a 60 year old, listed, highly established, high end manufacturing organization. The group strategy is to focus on its core competencies, innovation and widening its operational efficiencies along with organic and inorganic growth.

Job Description

Reporting into the Chairman, you will be the core member in the Board of Directors. You will lead the Finance function of all the business lines of the group. You will be responsible for:

- Planning, directing & controlling the financial activities at the Group level

- Managing the working capital, treasury and the fund flow and investments

- Technologically update the existing operations and be a key adviser and business partner

- Device the acquisition road map, JV structuring, the direct tax strategy and corporate governance

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a CA + Tier 1 MBA with 20- 25 years of industry experience, and at least 5 years of experience as a CFO in Global Blue-chip Brand. You must be handling large turnovers ( over 5000crore) in a listed company. Preferably, you will come from a manufacturing industry. You must be an motivating leader with excellent communication and influential skills.
