Ideal Candidate Profile : -

- CA with 20+ years pf experience in manufacturing Domain - Post qualification 20 years

- Should be CFO of a company for at least last 5 years of a company with minimum 500 Cr Turnover

- Should be able to lead a large team

- Candidate should be willing to work out of Pune location

- Candidate should not exceed 47 years of age

- Should have good experience in Managing Finance & Accounts

- Should have good experience in Costing - engineering/manufacturing domain

- Should have very good experience presenting periodic MIS reports

- Should have good experience in dealing with Banks,

- Managing Taxation and Tax planning for the organization and stakeholders

- Should have very good insight into Financial Planning & Analysis

- Handling Audits of organizations with TO of 600 cr.

- Should have good exposure to IPO of manufacturing organization

- Oversee Working Capital Management, Business Partnering, Business Planning, Compliances, Investor relations and Financial Advisory

- Should have good leadership skills to manage a large team of sub functional heads.
