Our Client: A food production company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer

- Your role : Responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies aligned with company objectives, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing asset valuation, and managing treasury functions.

- Additionally, the CFO will play a key role in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership and development. Must-have:

- We are actively seeking a CFO with a must-have background in the FMCG industry and a strong track record in financial management. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 10-20 years of progressive experience, preferably holding CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications. Critical to this role is a deep understanding of biological assets accounting, multi-product portfolios management, and dealing with low shelf-life perishable goods.

- The candidate must have demonstrated expertise in navigating multi-currency transactions and complex international financial environments, particularly within the Middle East region.
