Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Serving as a pivotal member of the senior management team responsible for the formulation of the overall organizational strategy and short term / long term business plans for all business lines - NBFC, Technology & Insurance

- Support decision making by providing timely inputs on strategic matters relating to finance, compliance and taxation areas& maintain strong investor relations

- Overseeing financial reporting, controls, coordinating audits (internal & external) and regulatory compliance

- Leading the budgeting, MIS, treasury, accounts & FP&A teams for the entire business

- Strengthen the finance & accounts team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business

- Monitor cash flows to ensure healthy liquidity as well as long-term sustainability of the company in India & other prospected countries

The Successful Applicant:

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience with at least 5 years finance-leadership experience with MNCs with presence in ASEAN region

- Must have leadership experience in managing the Finance functions of NBFCs/Banks/FIs

- Should have significant experience in senior stakeholder management and team management

- Must have good interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders

- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
