Job Description :
The Group CFO will be responsible for :
- Serving as a pivotal member of the senior management team responsible for the formulation of the overall organizational strategy and short term / long term business plans
- Fund raising on the banking as well as capital markets side & maintain relationships with PSUs as well as private banks & other FIs
- Support decision making by providing timely inputs on strategic matters relating to finance, compliance and taxation areas
- Overseeing financial reporting, controls, coordinating audits (internal & external) and regulatory compliance
- Leading the budgeting, MIS, treasury, accounts & FP&A teams for the entire business
- Strengthen the finance & accounts team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business
- Monitor cash flows to ensure healthy liquidity as well as short and long-term sustainability of the company
The Successful Applicant :
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years of relevant post qualification experience, with at least 5 years with a listed company
- Must be willing to work with a startup organisation & go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs
- Must have previous experience in fund raising on the debt side & experience in dealing with PSU banks & other FIs
- Must be well-versed with the local regulatory framework
- Should have significant experience in senior stakeholder management and team management
- Must have good interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders
- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
