Group Chief Financial Officer - CA - Services Sector

Looking to hire a Group Chief Financial Officer for a leading listed company in Services Sector. The company along with its subsidiaries and joint ventures provides essential support services required in the modern economy, The company has a strong network of more than 550 operating units in over six countries in the Asia Pacific Region.

The Group Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for Company's financial and fiscal management aspects, to provide leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting, Budgeting/ forecasting efforts and the securing of funds. As a key member of the Operating Board, s/he will work closely with the President and other operating Board members to chart out Company's future. In addition to the core function of a CFO, the incumbent will also be expected to take on the additional responsibility of all the support functions i.e. HR, IT, Admin.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Adviser on all strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -

Must Have:

- 18+ years of post qualification experience in finance with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role in a listed company in the services sector.

- Interacted with a diverse set of stakeholders including the Board, JV partners and internal management.

- Demonstrated track record of having positively impacted gross margins using strong financial control and cost management

- Strong experience of business and strategic finance including fund raising, debt management, budgeting, risk management along with in-depth experience in handling large volume transactions in a geographically diverse business

- Experience in liaising with banks, financial institutions, regulatory authorities and other external agencies.

- Qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

- Exposure to a public listed company in a leadership role

Financial Leadership experience along with exposure of reporting to the board of a listed company is a MUST.

Should have managed revenues exceeding INR 500 Crores
