Group CFO - multi company group scaling upto 3000+ cr. - Mumbai

Brief About the Client :

MNC, Global Leader in Training, Education and Allied Services

The group is scaling-up in India, with a target to be a Rs.3000+cr entity in next five years largely through JVs & Mergers and Acquisitions.

The Role :

- To take charge of Finance & Commercial function of the company reporting to the Group CEO.

- He will partner the Group CEO in scaling-up the business 10 fold in 3 years - providing proactive support in strategic planning, finance and resourcing, systems and controls, and handling multiple banking relationships (top banks)

- The Group will be 4 to 5 company operations spanning different product / price segment. Expected to be a 1000+ units / 30000+ man operation.

- The Group CFO will be responsible for all Accounting, MIS, Systems & Controls, Banking & Resourcing, Commercial, Compliance & Secretarial Functions of all the operating companies and the holding company.

- He will also supervise the IT function.

The Candidate :

- Around 45 - 48 years

- CA + CS preferred

- Strong on Accounting, MIS, Systems & Controls, Banking & resourcing, Commercial, Compliance & Secretarial Functions.

- Must have worked in a group of companies turnover in excess of 1000 crores in a corporate role. Initial experience in a system driven company / group followed by experience in entrepreneur / owner driven group.

- Since the growth is large due M&A, occasionally of stressed assets, experience in turnaround / re-engineering / financially tough situation requiring strong financial, negotiating and people skills, patience and perseverance highly desirable.

- We need an assertive go-getter
