We have an opening for Group Brand Manager with a Venture development company which works with International Venture Development Companies, Fortune 100-500Bands, Funds, Infrastructure Companies, Project Management Companies, Aggregators and Change Innovators to create Sustainable ecosystem by commercializing the IPs owned by the venture development companies
Location: Gurgaon
Designation: Group Brand Manager
Reporting to: CSO
Travel - Extensive travelling across India
EXP: Good Working experience with large brands and team handling on multiple projects, backed with minimum of 10 - 15 Years and worked in Mumbai and willing to relocate to New Delhi.
Qualification: MBA - Marketing With focus on Brand Management / Marketing / Consumer research
Typical tasks are likely to include:
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, brand proposition, brand positioning and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Working closely with the creative agency, digital branding and marketing agency, involvement in media planning, media buying.
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the brand equity credibility of brand.
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
- Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers and checking marketing copy
- Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Managing the budget for advertising, media and promotional items
- Competitor, customer insights analysis, and evaluation of competitive landscape
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
