About the Role :
- The Corporate Strategy and Market Research Associate will support the Corporate Strategy, Market Affairs, and Origination functions. The associate will be primarily responsible for market, competition, category and customer research and reporting, as well as internal business analytics and cross-functional business reporting and analysis.
- This position will monitor and report on market and customer trends that affect the business. The associate will be responsible for developing and communicating actionable insights that affect overall corporate strategy (e.g., proposed strategic shifts, differentiation opportunities) and tactical market and customer insights that support the organization's category portfolio optimization efforts.
- This position will also support internal processes such as strategic and business planning processes and development and origination processes. The associate support due diligence and recommendation development on various strategic, market, and competitive topics relevant to business
Designation - Market Research Associate
Location - Ahmedabad/ Gurugram
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide competitive and business analytics and reporting support
- Develop competitor, customer, and market research reports and analysis to support group's corporate strategic planning and execution efforts
- Lead analysis of identified strategic opportunities and provide recommendations on the opportunity merit and implementation considerations
- Actively engage with strategy, category, marketing and product leadership to communicate relevant insights and support key functional area workstreams

- Ability to present complex information concisely through written and verbal communication
- Adept with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
Experience:
- 1-3 years of work experience or MBA preferred
- Some degree of promotional products industry experience preferred
Educational Certifications: - BSc/BA/PG in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field required
