Job Title: Director of Marketing.

Location: USA, Canada, Australia, or India.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

- As a Director of Marketing you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

- This senior role requires strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to lead a team and collaborate with various departments.

- You, as a Director of Marketing, will work closely with the executive team to align marketing goals with overall business objectives and foster a data-driven approach to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment on key goals, deadlines, and performance metrics.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media, to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring campaign performance.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

- Monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

- Work closely with creative teams to produce impactful marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and social media assets.

- Lead brand-building efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all channels.

- Develop partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to enhance the company's reach and reputation.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing leadership roles, ideally in a B2C environment (we will apply B2C principles for B2B marketing).

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams.

- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning marketing strategies with overall company goals.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Experience working in Construction, Heavy Equipment, Mining, Tunneling (not required though).

- Familiarity with CRM platforms (we use Freshworks).

- Experience in launching successful branding or rebranding campaigns.
