Business Valuation & Modeling – Multiple positions – Remote working – (1 to 5 years exp.)

Looking for a hands-on professional with experience in Business valuation

- Financial reporting valuations for business combinations (client's allocation of purchase price to assets and liabilities acquired) inclusive of enterprise values, intangible assets

- Knowledge on how to perform Discounted Cash Flow and guideline public method

- Valuation of goodwill and indefinite and long-lived asset impairment testing for financial reporting purposes.

- Assist with other financial reporting valuations such as derivative securities, debt instruments, and Employee Stock Option Plans

- Self-motivated; independent working; quick turnaround on projects
