- Lead short-term and long-term demand and P&L forecasts to give accurate view of business to key stakeholders to enable strategic decisions for growth

- Assist stakeholders in taking data driven decisions on strategic initiatives

- Decode and document organization's short and long term strategy

- Create balanced scorecards for organization and align with functional scorecards.

- Orchestrate weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews- set action plans and monitor performance.

- Coordinate with Finance and business functions to devise optimal short and long term budget plans.

- Align with key stakeholders to identify bottlenecks to achieve growth plans.

- Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry wide best practices.
