About the Role and Responsibilities
- Understand, evaluate and optimize customer journey and flows.
- Define the positioning and develop the roadmap for the products
- Manage delivery of superior product by liaising with business, engineering, design, and content writing teams
- Continuously gather customer insights, keep track of competition and improve the product experience
- Own and manage product end to end - both on mobile/web platforms
- Design and run A/B tests to improve user journey and conversion of traffic to sales
What you must have:
- Bachelors/Master's degree with 7-10 years of experience focused on managing front end consumer products in B2C environment - experience with front end product management in a B2C set up is a mandatory requirement
Product - Customer Experience
- Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps as well as inventing and launching successful features (both on the web and mobile platforms), especially ones to increase online sales/conversion
- Gogetter with creative lateral thinking abilities for identifying and plugging gaps in product
- Deep experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel
- Multi-channel digital marketing experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of technology and business
