About the Role:
- We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented FinTech Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for our mobile application.
- You will play a critical role in defining, developing, and launching successful features that drive user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap, setting clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product team.
- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
- Develop user personas, create prototypes, and write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) to define product features.
- Plan and manage the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and ensure their successful launch with high quality.
- Present product features and roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Collaborate with QA teams to test product features and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyze product usage data and performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the FinTech space.
- Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products to market effectively.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably within the FinTech industry.
- An engineering background or strong technical understanding is a major plus.
- Proven experience in user research, product ideation, prototyping, and user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) design principles.
- Proficiency in using product management tools such as Postman, Miro, Google Analytics, Retool, Mixpanel, etc.
- Experience working on mobile app development is a must.
- A track record of successfully launching impactful product features that deliver value to users and businesses.
- Strong customer focus with a high degree of ownership and accountability for product success.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to challenge assumptions, think critically, and make data-driven decisions
