You get to own your work - The company just turned one so you get a seat on a rocketship that's just taking off! - High focus on Learning & Development and monetary support for relevant upskilling - Competitive compensation along with equity ownership for wealth creation What You'll Do? - Act as a leader and coach within the Product Management team, collaborating with and mentoring PMs and Business Analysts, hiring new folks, and at the end of it all, craft a culture that you and we can be collectively proud of. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps - Translate concepts into inputs for the UIUX/design team and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Take responsibility for the entire life-cycle of key product areas from prototyping of new features to analyzing their impact on our KPIs - Coordinate/Create all relevant processes between engineering, design, and marketing to ensure seamless progress from conception to launch - Own project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables and manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders - Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency (groom and prioritize the backlog, set sprint goals, plan releases and upgrades, follow the progress of work, and address production issues during sprints, etc.) - Leverage buy-build-partner analysis to drive new product development and evaluate the maturity of available solutions - Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience Your Superpowers: Experience: - 7+ years of experience ideating and executing well-designed, tested, complete web applications or back-end systems in a production environment - 3+ years in a B2C, app-based, customer-centric company. Having worked at a startup is a plus - 3+ years in team management - Built out and owned successful A/B testing of features at scale Accountability & Decision making: - You accept responsibility for your actions and decisions and demonstrate commitment to accomplishing work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner for the benefit of your clients and the company - Strong analytical, data analysis, and SQL (or similar language) experience Expertise & Learning Agility: - You are open to new ways of thinking and committed to acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage - You thrive in a dynamic, fluid, and unstructured environment because you are a self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and build something great together.
