- The TMOD head will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to promote employee engagement, retention, and development, and will work closely with senior leaders to align organizational development initiatives with our overall business objectives.
- To Develop and implement initiatives that will promote a positive employee experience and support the achievement of business objectives.
- To Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement succession planning strategies that identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
- To Develop and implement performance management programs and initiatives that support the organization's objectives and promote employee engagement and development.
- To Develop and implement change management strategies and initiatives to support organizational change and transformation.
- To act as the organization's TMOD consultant by guiding the planning and implementation of practices that nurture the development of a continuous improvement organizational climate.
- To work with the organization's leaders to develop organizational strategies that improve functional climate and business goals.
- To Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
- To Plan & Conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey Results, Then Implement, analyse, report, and set action plans of the survey results.
- To Monitor and analyze organizational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in talent development, retention, and engagement.
- To Develop Company's Employee policies and HR procedures to have an internal control system.
- To develop competency development & assessment processes.
Job Specifications:
- Post graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, and talent management roles. Experience with Industrial B2B organisation will be an added advantage.
- Proven successful experience in similar roles with other organizations
- Strong process orientation will be required to design & streamline processes in with respect to. Talent Management and Organization Development
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, talent management practices, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CPLP) preferred.
