Candidates Profile :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the real estate industry specifically
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Candidates experience from Mandate firms or channel partners.
- Results - oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
