Gridlines - Chief Executive Officer

Education : A Bachelor's Degree AND Civil Engineering preferably with background of MBA from premium institutes

Experience : Minimum 10 years of Experience in Managing projects and selling real estate

Skill Required :

- Strong commercial and financial acumen along with technical expertise

- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills and Experience of contract management

- Strong planning and risk management skills.

- Desire to work within a challenging, fast changing but also rewarding environment.

- Extensive professional experience in a similar position including full responsibility for contracts and portfolio of projects.

- Extensive and complex project management experience is an absolute necessity.

- Excellent understanding of real estate industry is mandatory
