Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated, passionate & enthusiastic individual who will oversee and ensure the successful execution of customer operations and develop new opportunities for the company.
- Do market research and liaise with relevant institutions and companies
- Coordinate email campaigns
- Assist with onboarding clients, which includes system deployment and providing training for the merchants
- Create and test landing pages on our CRM platform
- Provide and support clients when they face issues
- Come up with ideas to increase brand recall amongst our customers
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in account management and customer service.
- A mix of intelligence, drive and a willingness to take the initiative is ideal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful when dealing with different customers- requests.
- We're looking for someone who can take the initiative, think on their feet & do what needs to be done to hit targets & has the desire to grow with the startup.
Salary offered: 5 - 15 LPA
