Grexter - Community Lead - Customer Experience

About the Role:

The role is of Product Lead responsible for Community Experience. This role is a special opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of Product and Strategy, using experiments and data to help thousands of customers around the country to experience the magic of Community and Network.

You will become an early member of the Product team and define the footprints of our unique products - theme based shared living spaces. As growth accelerates, you will also need to develop resource and budget plans to meet expansion goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive the product vision and roadmap for features and designs that empower customers to engage with thriving communities around their field of interest.

- Consistently create new ways for communities to come together to chat, share, interact with content, and build meaningful relationships.

- Run engagement experiments and integrate learnings into both space and event planning roadmaps.

- Set well-defined and measurable metrics for user engagement.

- Work cross-functionally with engineers, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to ship delightful, impactful engagement-oriented products.

- Proactively solve technical and operational challenges which impede community development.

- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results proven by data.

- Embrace startup culture: hyper-growth, critical prioritization needs, rapid changes, limited resources.

About You :

- Experience: 3+ years of proven product experience in building and growing network/communities in varied industries.

- Entrepreneur: Enjoy a mix of strategy and execution, but always with speed. A knack for challenging the status quo and shipping innovative experiences.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to our unique community with empathy, precision, and timeliness.

- Problem Solver: Thrive in ambiguity and multi-tasking, with a proven record of shipping features on time and on budget.
