GreenStar Research and Development - Regional Sales Manager - LED Lighting Products

- Develop a growth strategy for the region (s) to generate demand of GSRD LED lighting products.

- Relentlessly generate demand by prospecting, quoting and closing new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationship, engaging high level/ key decision makers for GSRD LED lighting products for outdoor applications.

- Collaborate with marketing on segmentation analysis and marketing initiatives including design and development of marketing communications and collateral.

- Build, maintain & drive robust pipeline of opportunities to grow sales revenue and drive market share growth.

- Appoint Channel partners and developing new market avenues.

- Work to create a business environment for success in municipal and government business.

- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

- Delivery of sales performance as per the monthly budget including stretch plan.
