Summary:

Responsible for the development of new and potential accounts aligned with strategic organisational objectives. Develops and implements short- and long-range sales strategies based on prospective client needs and strategic outcomes. Develops, implements and achieves individual and department sales goals through planning of the sales process including prospect identification and qualification; industry, market, and- organisational capability understanding; solution/offer development and delivery; and successful contract negotiation and closing.

Skills:

- Excellent skills in developing client relationships at a senior level and experience of managing sales and customer relations

- Experience of preparing sales and tender documents and an ability to see the sales process through from initial contact to completion.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully expand new business and grow existing business within a vertical market.

- Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations. Must possess the ability to coach, mentor and lead a diverse staff to deliver best in class services to our clients.

- Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others.

- Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/- oral communications skills.

- Experience building strategic marketing programs/- concepts, and selling the strategic programs to Sr. Executives.

- Significant management experience and strategy development/ account management within Integrated Facilities Management segment.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for implementing a sales growth strategy in Integrated Facilities Management Segment.

- Identifies and evaluates new markets and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations.

- Plan the sales process including prospect identification, execution, proposal development, proposal delivery and contract negotiation. Delivers compelling calls and presentations to introduce GreenPark Hospitality Services (GPHS) capabilities and value proposition.

- Motivates others and provides leadership to accomplish team goals without having direct authority over team members.

- Prudently manages resources within budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.

- Demonstrates positively GreenPark's mission, vision, value statements, reputation, code of ethics, standards, policies and procedures internally and throughout the marketpla.
