The Assistant Manager - FP&A will work closely with the Global Finance Team (located in Mumbai, India), to provide financial support with regards to various reporting, planning, and analysis activities. This person will be accountable for all monthly and quarterly reporting and analyses for company leadership. He or she will be also responsible for contributing to various ad-hoc and weekly management reports.  Essential responsibilities:  Management Reporting and Analysis  - Prepare all monthly and quarterly management reports, including the sales registers, cost centre reports, MIS, gross margin analysis, various cost workings, and other relevant analyses   - Monthly forecasting of sales and cash flow  - Prepare ad-hoc analyses across a variety of segments of the business in order to improve business performance  - Lead monthly expense management/review process  - Contribute to weekly MIS as needed  Qualifications / Requirements  - ACA / CPA / MBA Finance   - 0-2 years relevant work experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Accounting or Taxation practices   - Relevant work experience with MNCs  Desired Characteristics :  - Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change  - Clear thinking/problem solving, able to lead projects/process improvement within operations/finance function  - Able to break down complex issues into simpler steps and resolve them  - Fluent in written and verbal English communication  - Excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence  - Ability to prioritize & promote teamwork  - Willing to participate and engage in operations in addition to finance  - Excellent grasp over MS Excel and MS power point  - Should be flexible, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations.  Salary Range: 7 - 9 LPA
