Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff will support the MD in managing priorities, ensuring follow-ups, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, market research expertise, and problem-solving skills. This role also fosters diversity and inclusivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data, identify anomalies, and highlight focus areas before meetings.

- Ensure follow-ups and task completion after meetings.

- Conduct market research and track industry trends for business insights and brand building.

- Connect data points to create actionable strategies and solve problems.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic briefings.

- Background in clean energy, automotive, or mobility sectors.

- Experience in a manufacturing setup is an added advantage.

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
