Roles Objective :
Greencell is looking to hire a Head of Growth who will lead the company's growth strategy and marketing efforts to help reach our growth targets and increase revenue. He will work alongside our CEO and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of growth strategies across different areas of the business.
He will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, as well as optimizing the existing processes to ensure they are cost-effective and scalable. A data-driven role, that will positively influence customer acquisition, customer conversion, customer retention, and customer lifetime value and who will use technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan.
Responsibilities :
- P&L Accountability: Engaged with cross-functional stakeholders at enterprise companies to boost top and bottom-line profits while generating new business & growing revenue.
- Leading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.
- Working with marketing, sales, PR, and product teams to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals.
- Analyzing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights.
- Creating and executing growth strategies that increase awareness of the company's brand among new audiences.
- Creating and implementing a plan to acquire new users through organic means.
- Developing lead generation strategies that improve conversion rates and generate new business opportunities.
- Developing new channels for acquiring customers, including content creation, SEO optimization, email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Helping to develop and execute company strategy, including identifying new opportunities and developing plans to exploit them.
- Solidify our brand identity and become the gatekeeper of our brand.
- Liaise with the immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.
- Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns.
- Should be able to appreciate financial statements, Annual Operating plans, Budget Variances etc.
