Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Delivery - Deliver high-quality software on time, in partnership with product management to define and refine product requirements and Minimum Viable Products (MVP).

- Technology - Build technical designs and architectures. Leverage the latest technologies and trends

- Operations - Maintain high service availability and reliability

- Optimization - Improve developer productivity, optimize cloud infrastructure utilization and cost

- Collaboration - Work with cross-functional stakeholders for successful rollout and support

- Leadership - Recruit top talent and build a world-class development team. Partner with executive leadership to align with company vision and practices

Skills :

- 8-12 years of experience in software development

- 6+ years of experience in engineering leadership.

- Proven track record working with ERP Solutions in Supply Chain domain

- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise solutions

- Strong background in software engineering - objected-oriented concepts and languages, SQL and NoSQL databases, design and architecture, performance and scaling.

- Experience in python, angular and related technologies.

- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management.

- Track record of building credibility and trust with talented engineers and peers

- Experience working in startups and fast-paced development environments

Education: BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or related fields from Tier-1 institutes is mandatory
