State Head - Western UP

Responsibilities :

- Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions to promote DeHaat Financial Services

- Assist in the development of a financial product Input Credit/Crop Loan/Crop Insurance with Banks/FIs/Technology-based platforms

- Promote the product with existing DeHaat Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and Farmers in the region and expand the farmer base to sell the product.

- KYC/Documentation Control al local level and liaise with HO Financial Services Team based in Gurugram HO.

- Liaise with technology team to develop for the same

- Repayments Monitoring and Control

- Develop skills and capacity in DeHaats local team to market financial products

Experience Level : 4-8 years in Banking and Financial Services. Agriculture Financing preferred.

Education: MBA (MBA in ABM with finance as specialization would be preferred)

Experience Details Preferred :

- Ability to take and assimilate feedback from farmers and VLEs

- Ability to Cross-Sell Loan and Insurance products.

- Robust understanding of value chain finance including Agriculture

- Financial Documentation/KYC

- Data Analysis

- Comfortable with Excel/MSOffice and basic computer literacy.
