Job Requirement :

- Proven working experience as a Business analyst(2-6 yrs).

- Experience with business data analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBi, etc.

- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Pandas, NumPi, etc)

- Good understanding of standards and overall solutions and integration;

- Proficiency in OSS/BSS (operations support system/business support system) stack and various functions of each system including but not limited to Service fulfillment across B2B and B2C segments in both Wireline and Wireless domain

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

- ML fundamentals and working knowledge of libraries like NLTK, etc.

- 2-4 years of experience in financial institutions like banks or NBFCs in business analysis domain

- Prior experience in building credit models for unsecured lending products is preferred.
