Key Responsibilities
- Excellent facilitation skills -ability to engage & manage the audience at senior/middle/junior management level
- Exceptional communication skills-verbal & written
- Ability to create presentations & deliver them impact fully
- Good knowledge of automobile industry
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada and other south Indian Languages
- Ability to conducted structured Training Need Analysis across the value chain of an organization
- Booting & upskilling trainers
- Ability to conceptualize and design content as per instructional design standards
- Sound working knowledge of word & power point
- Knowledge of designing & delivering different engagement tools like roleplays, case lets, assessments, discovery learning activities, stories etc.
- Excellent influencing & team working skills and an ability to forge effective working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and seniority
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing learning partners in a manner that they deliver impactful trainings-classroom & virtual Instructor led as per the requirements
- Timely submission of training efficacy reports, presentations assessments, claims etc.
- Ensuring standardization of trainer quality parameters, Booting etc. before roll out of new initiatives.
- Analyzing various data points wrt. the gaps observed during the diagnostic study & conducting TNA study on field/online
- Conceptualizing & designing different engagement tools like roleplays, case lets, workbooks, faculty guide, assessments, discovery learning activities, stories, electronic data mailers etc.
- Content walkthrough to various stakeholders
- Conducting trainer audits
- Executing Learning plan across Internal Sales, After Sales and Dealer network organizations. Periodic report measures of success and track progress
