Responsibilities:
- Analysing data, deriving insights and embedding it into Business actions: Building insights from various parameters like sales input efforts, quality of marketing leads/channels, product/category attributes etc. to answer key questions, identify trends/patterns & generate value for the business
- Preparing reports & dashboards to answer key questions & provide visibility on performance trends for executive leadership, sales, marketing & product teams and supporting their decision making
- Providing insights and developing strategies for MIS and aligning to business objectives in all stages of product/lead life cycle
- Re-engineering & rethinking existing business processes to make them optimized for business units & organization as a whole
- Creating / maintaining data pipelines, abstract databases & taking ownership of data engineering processes. ETL experience will be a plus.
- Creating machine learning-based models / deep learning-based models wherever required to generate key insights, predictive analysis & answer key business questions
- Predictive analytics & time series forecasting
Skills Required:
- Data Analytics subject matter expertise including sound knowledge of statistical concepts
- Must have great hands on experience with Python, SQL/PostgreSQL, Excel
- Must have hands on experience in machine learning models (Regression, Random Forest/Tree-based models, Clustering, Classification, Boosting, NLP etc.)
- Must have knowledge/experience of which analytics techniques/methodologies will be relevant for which business problems
- Experience in the field of Data Visualization & dashboard creation on Tableau and/or Power BI
- Critical thinking skills to break down a problem into a solution framework
- Ability to build structured approaches & solutions wherever applicable & ability to adapt and propose innovative solutions wherever relevant
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills
