Growth Story:
- A brainchild of Mohan Lakhamraju and Hari Nair, Great Learning came about in mid-2013. Starting from a 4-member team, today we are 320+ strong and growing fast. Key Responsibility:
- Looking for passionate sales professionals with demonstrated capability in team management & P&L delivery. If you are a self-starter, get a kick by chasing aggressive target, fuel growth by coaching & grooming your team - this is the job for you!
1. Responsible for sales of a product or portfolio at Great Learning
2. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target
3. Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
4. Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions
5. Handle escalations and improve customer experience
6. Developing and working on analytics driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
7. Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team
8. Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
9. Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligation to each team member.
10. Plan and implement admission events and webinars
Qualification:
1. 4+ years of relevant B2C sales experience along with proven capabilities in team management
2. Have handled product lines end to end (preferably from BPO/Ed-tech industry)
