Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customer targets

- Researching key contacts at IT service companies, IT BPO, Banks and other financial institutions

- Communicating with senior Heads of department/ L&D Heads/ HR using the most appropriate method

- Be able to articulate skills needs into product propositions and solutions

- Demonstrable ability to apply consultative sales skills to build relationships with customers

- Write sophisticated communications across email, news articles, press releases, skills reports

- Work with business groups, chambers of commerce to organise and set up round table events, discussion panels

- Know how to use research papers and reports to position GL as a thought leader

Key skills required:

- 2-4 yrs of relevant experience

- Highly developed English communications skills (verbal and written)

- Knowledge of the corporate L&D - decision making criteria, processes they use etc

- Strong people networking skills

- Understanding of the Indian market and how it functions

- Extremely motivated to succeed and find solutions to road blocks

- Knowledge of complex decision making groups (or ability to grasp this quickly)
