- Use insights derived from ad-hoc data analyses to answer questions from different business stakeholders
- Initiate new processes and drive processes improvements to meet Great Learning's business requirements
- Improve and evolve business intelligence layer - a reporting suite - for Operation and customer experience functions to enable automated delivery of insights to aid decision making on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Develop advanced analytics systems using driver or predictive models to identify factors that influence business outcomes like learners' success, workforce productivity, etc. and help design and automate interventions to accelerate growth
- Collaborate across stakeholders to consistently align data interpretation with evolving business processes and accordingly refine existing solutions like automated reports & models
