Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Organize and manage the content pipeline to deliver collaterals within deadlines
- Ensure all collaterals are high-quality, and adhere to Great Learning's brand voice and university/business partner guidelines
- Market our top-ranked programs by writing brochures, ebooks, mailers, ad copies, and more.
- Work on positioning our programs/offerings according to the relevant audience
- Write, edit and publish content for Brand assets such as website, app, social media handles, email marketing and PR content
- Ads across digital and offline channels
- Infographics, slide decks, and other visual forms of content
- Work with relevant teams and partners to create as well as proofread all research/industry reports being generated as part of content marketing & PR efforts
- Have a keen awareness on GL's various offerings and understand the nuances in communication needed for each
- Work with the design team to ensure collaterals are effective and impactful
- Manage and mentor a team of content writers
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different teams
Desired candidate profile :
- Experience in managing a team of writers
- Outstanding writing skills with perfect grammar, creative and a keen eye for detail
- A hawk-eyed proof-reader who lets no typos and errors slip them by
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Being highly detail-oriented with high ownership
- Proven experience as a content writer with 7-10 years
- Ability to work across teams and manage requirements across the organization
- Keen interest in upcoming technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing is a plus
