Job Description :
- Ideate and execute creative campaigns on social media for engaging with our relevant community
- Plan content themes for every month based on external events (festivals/cricket/elections etc.) and the priority businesses of the brand
- Promote a mix of content formats (video/infographic/testimonial/industry news etc.) for Linkedin, Instagram, FB, Twitter based on engagement insights from past campaigns
- Work with relevant celebrities, macro-influencers and micro-influencers to amplify our content reach
- Employ platform specific hacks to boost organic reach and engagement of posts
- Review wall copies and creatives of posts to ensure grammatical correctness and consistency with the brand guidelines
- Track and improve on organic reach, engagement levels of posts and grow all the social media communities consistently
Ideal candidate profile :
- 2-3 years experience as a community manager or social media manager handling social media accounts of well known B2C brands
- Adept at using Linkedin, Instagram, FB, Twitter to disseminate content organically and inorganically
- Ability to leverage trending topics in creative ways to promote the brand
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Ad agency experience preferred
