About Us:
We are a bunch of learning junkies: obsessively-compulsively addicted to making meaningful learning happen and delivering learning outcomes! We are also totally sold on the idea that data is the new currency driving the world and data-driven analytics and automation determine survival and success. Our mission is to make all knowledge professionals data-proficient thus ensuring their success in the data and automation driven digital future (and yes, make the world a better place while we are at it).
Growth Story:
A brainchild of Mohan Lakhamraju and Hari Nair, Great Learning came about in mid-2013. Starting from a 4-member team, today we are 320+ strong and growing fast. We have created a network of 500+ expert faculty and mentors who help us deliver high quality blended learning experiences across 12 programs and six metros. Over last four years, we have delivered over 3,000,000 hours of impactful learning, had a 100x growth in learners, a 30x growth in revenue and we are just getting warmed up. We are leaders - our BABI program is ranked #1 in India 3 years in a row (sky shots) and this spot is very close to our hearts - we do everything in the box and out of the box to defend the crown. We love our programs and we feel immense pride every time our graduates crack new jobs, new promotions, new roles and start new divisions or startups - but we are never satisfied and will never stop!

Social Media Marketing:
- Plan content themes for every month based on external events (festivals/cricket/elections etc.) and the priorities of the brand
- Promote a mix of content formats (video/infographic/testimonial/industry news etc.) for each social platform based on engagement insights from past posts
- Review wall copies and creatives of posts to ensure grammatical correctness and consistency with brand identity
- Maintain the social posts calendar for every month. Make sure we have consistency in content themes with our blog posts
- Disseminate and amplify our content reach by posting it on relevant social media groups and forums
- Track and improve on organic reach, engagement levels of posts and grow the social media communities
Email Marketing:
- Work on content ideas for brand emails to engage alumni, current learners and potential learners
- Plan the email content and dissemination calendar in conjunction with respective program managers and the learner success team (in case of alumni)
- Liaise with the design team and the web team to develop HTML email templates
- Schedule emails according to the planned weekly calendar in the respective execution tool
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
- Work with the ORM agency to maintain the brand's reputation on all digital platforms
- Ensure that all social media queries are responded to promptly
- Track negative comments and get them addressed on a daily basis
- Channel all unresolved queries to respective program managers. Make sure that agreed upon TATs are adhered to
- Answer questions on relevant third-party platforms to improve awareness of our programs
