GRC Specialist - Customer Support

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled GRC Specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for implementing, training, supporting, and demoing our Riskwatch solution, ensuring clients can effectively manage risk and compliance.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation & Configuration: Lead Riskwatch platform implementations, configure the system to meet client needs, and integrate with other enterprise systems.

- Demos & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients, showcasing the value of Riskwatch in managing risk and compliance.

- Training & Support: Provide client training on Riskwatch functionalities and offer ongoing support to resolve technical issues and optimize usage.

- Collaboration & Feedback: Work with product teams to stay updated on platform features and relay client feedback for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years in GRC, with hands-on experience in Riskwatch or similar platforms.

- Skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities; experience with client training and support.

- Technical: Knowledge of system integrations and basic scripting or API usage is a plus.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with GRC frameworks (ISO, NIST, COSO) is preferred.
