GRC Service Delivery

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare solution for new pursuits: Perform Due Diligence / Pilot for potential new clients and Prepare Proof of concept for proposed solution

- Understand key requirements and able to get automated tools developed

- Accountable for all compliance solutions and lead the team till go live on new engagement

- Present solution / service offerings to potential clients

- Provide lead support for some of the delivery engagements, on need basis.

Essential Skills and Experience :

- Has worked on / provided solutions to clients in Internal audit, Risk Assessment, ERM, Segregation of Duties etc

- Has led SOX implementation / performed SOX reviews for MNCs

- Good understanding of risk frameworks

- Develop new products / service offerings: Has developed a strong GRC approach and Methodology

- Good Process knowledge - all financial process e.g. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, GL, Financial reporting etc.

- Has prior experience in Compliances and should be able to develop the Compliance framework for potential clients.

- Good Communication and leadership skills

Desirable Skills and Experience :

- Exposure to ERP - Control testing / implementation is preferable, though not necessary.

- Good knowledge and working experience of major international Compliances - e.g. AML, FCPA, BASEL, SOX, KYC etc.

- Exposure to ISO 27001 audits / Cybersecurity audits

Mandatory specifications :

- Qualified CA mandatory (CWA / Semi qualified candidates will not do)

- Experience in SAP GRC (Global Risk & Compliance)

- Understanding of the risk framework
