We are looking for an enterprising and dynamic Product Manager to join our education-focused fintech lending start-up, GrayQuest. Our core product is a combination of a lending product, payment suite and SAAS products to redefine the education fees payment across the country. You will be joining a young and vibrant team who are pushing the boundaries of what software can achieve.

Responsibilities:

Build Customer Empathy: PMs must visit with customers on a frequent basis to learn about their demands firsthand, as well as remain on top of the customer pulse using secondary data - both qualitative and quantitative

Devise Strategy: Create a long-term strategy as well as a quarterly roadmap to fulfill the product vision and make an impact.

Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.

Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and ecosystem players to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.

Launch products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.

Ecosystem collaboration: Self-starter to collaborate closely with ecosystem players to co-build products that don't exist.

You will be a good fit for this role if:

- Have digital lending product experience of 3 to 8 years of experience

- You prefer to be a hands-on leader and would love to continue building products as an Individual contributor

- In your daily work, you use an analytical and data-driven approach.

- You don't make decisions for customers; instead, you use feedback, data, and analysis to back up all product decisions.

- You're naturally good at problem-solving and paying attention to details.

- You are entrepreneurial and have the hunger and impatience to see things through irrespective of dependencies.

- You consider things from the customer's point of view.

- Self-motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced setting.

- You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment

- You understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking
