We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead international client acquisition and drive business growth in the web and app development space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, managing the sales lifecycle, and closing deals related to our digital service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound channels.
- Present and pitch web development, mobile app development, and SEO services to potential clients.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and maintain ongoing client communication.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and client needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound business development, preferably in IT services.
- Proven success in selling digital services (web development, mobile apps, SEO).
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (aligned to US time zone).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and ability to work independently and in a team environment
