As a Talent Management/OD Manager with a specialization in HR business partnering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Pointers On The Role :
- Business HR Partner for tech talent at Graviton Research Capital - primary stakeholders are Engineers and Quantitative Trading teams from Top tier IITs and Global IVY league universities
- Collaborating with our Core Engineering team and Quantitative Researchers to identify and nurture high-potential talent.
- Lead design, development and deployment of talent development and management interventions.
- Creating a culture of continuous learning and growth within our engineering department.
- Leading overall People Strategy contributing to the overall organizational development strategy.
- To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about talent management, organizational development, and HR business partnering and has a strong understanding of the engineering domain.
