Graviton Research Capital - Tech Recruiter

Graviton is a privately funded quantitative trading firm striving for excellence in financial markets research. We are looking to hire a Recruiter for our team in Gurgaon. Graviton trades across a multitude of asset classes and trading venues using a gamut of concepts and techniques ranging from time series analysis, filtering, classification, stochastic models, pattern recognition to statistical inference analysing terabytes of data to come up with ideas to identify pricing anomalies in financial markets.

Responsibilities:

- You'll take ownership of the recruitment process from end-to-end, including but not limited to developing sourcing strategies, mapping and headhunting niche talent, reviewing resumes, crafting the selection process, interviewing and assessing candidates, salary negotiations and closing of candidates.

- You'll forge strong partnerships with stakeholders, sourcing and recruiter partners to build robust candidate pipelines.

- You'll design and deliver innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement

- Assist with campus & lateral hiring needs as required and other ad hoc HR assignments.

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Human Resources

- 2-5 years of previous experience in tech recruiting.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mentality and high degree of integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence
