Grasshoppers India - Executive - HR Generalist

Grasshoppers India Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi-based communications agency with 3 different divisions which offer Advertising, PR and Digital Marketing services to companies in various sectors. Our office is located in Okhla Phase-3.

We are currently looking for an HR Executive with up to 1 year of experience. Please note that we are seeking a person who is very enthusiastic, eager to learn, creative enough to come up with interesting and out-of-the-box ideas for Employee Engagement Activities and dedicated towards work. The person should have a pro-active approach towards work and must have the capability to multi-task. This is a Generalist role wherein the selected candidate will get an opportunity to handle all HR functions including:

- Recruitment

- Induction & On-Boarding

- Employee Engagement (Regular fun@work activities)

- Grievance Handling

- Performance Evaluation & Appraisal

- Employee Retention Strategies

- Exit Formalities
