The promoters of this company have more than 25 years of experience in the field of interior design and execution. Our inspiration comes from the necessity of good design and support in the field of interior design.

Job Brief :


- We are looking for a High Performing Sales Consultant who will directly report to the Business Development Head and serve as a member of the business development team driving the development, coordination, and execution of the company's commercial goals and objectives.

- He/she will be responsible to promote and sell the company's interior design services to customers and clients. The sales consultant will maintain business relationships by means of trust and integrity.

Responsibilities :

- Customer acquisition and revenue generation

- Learn the company's service offerings, features, and pricing.

- determines the needs of a customer and offer solutions to those needs through the company's services; meet or even exceed the sales quotas

- Generates a lead funnel and makes sure that the sales pipeline is full.

- Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive sales and knowledge

- Makes sales appointments with clients.

- Follows up with prospects to make sure that they are aware of the service offering and lure them to avail of the services.

- Take a hands-on approach to every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to closure.

- Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales

- Establish long-lasting relationships with clients; manage a specific sales territory to produce a customer base.

- Build brand awareness through engaging campaigns that establish the company's reputation, incite curiosity, and attract potential customers.

- Analyze existing and new business opportunities, developing a thorough understanding of market conditions, product and service requirements, demand for interior design and execution services, and resource requirements to properly support business goals.

- Cultivate and develop a winning culture through performance expectation, driving the right behavior to develop a pipeline, direction, transparency, and proactive communication.

- Actively manage, monitor, and continually improve the overall sales process to ensure a successful productivity ramp to exceed revenue and commercial goals.

Qualifications :

- Overall 3+ years of experience in Sales in selling high-value products or services.

- Fanatical in hitting aggressive sales targets.

- Customer obsessed and highly energetic.

- Proactive, "get stuff done" attitude. Assertive.

- Data-driven and competitive

- MBA

- Excellent hold in the English language.

- Innovative thinker.

- Skilled communicator and negotiator.

- Be well-groomed and presentable.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Not buckling under pressure and very target driven

- Exceptional achievement of sales goals.

- Strategical and "hands-on" mindset and attitude

- Experience in developing an advanced sales stack, using multiple tools and resources. Technological savvy.

- Ruled by strong ethics and personal integrity.
