Job Brief :

We are looking for a high performing Business Development Head who will directly report to the promoters and serve as a member of the company's executive management team leading the development, coordination and execution of the company's commercial goals and objectives. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

BD's responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, logistics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your and the company's financial targets. Sales directors duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

Responsibilities :

- Customer acquisition and revenue generation

- Hire and lead the sales organization, including coaching staff, setting aggressive targets, instilling a high sense of urgency and monitoring performance against targets.

- Partnering with the executive team to define and identify key commercial strategies and tactics and subsequently ensure consistent execution and follow through with the entire business development team

- Design and develop inbound and outbound sales practices and tools to create repeatable, scalable sales processes that accelerate growth quickly. Develop ideas for new or complementary services.

- Build brand awareness through engaging campaigns that establish the company's reputation, incite curiosity and attract potential customers.

- Analyze existing and new business opportunities, developing a thorough understanding of market conditions, product and service requirements, demand for interior design and execution services and resource requirements to properly support business goals.

- Take a hands-on approach to every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to closure.

- Cultivate and develop a winning culture through performance expectation, driving the right behaviour to develop a pipeline, direction, transparency, and proactive communication.

- Actively manage, monitor, and continually improve the overall sales process to ensure a successful productivity ramp to exceed revenue and commercial goals.

Qualifications :

- Overall 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development in selling high valued products or services.

- 3+ years of leadership experience in generating revenue as Director of Sales/ Business Development or VP of Sales/Business Development.

- Fanatical in hitting aggressive sales targets.

- Customer obsessed and highly energetic.

- Proactive, "get stuff done" attitude. Assertive.

- Data-driven and competitive

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Excellent hold in the English language.

- Innovative thinker.

- Skilled communicator and negotiator.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Experience in building, managing and coaching sales teams.

- Exceptional achievement of sales goals.

- Strategical and "hands-on" mindset and attitude

- Experience in developing an advanced sales stack, using multiple tools and resources. Technological savvy.

- Ruled by strong ethics and personal integrity.
