Role Summary :
- L&D Analyst coordinates training schedules and carries out administration activities for all learning events in the firm. The role incumbent is responsible for end-to-end coordination and maintaining training data.
Responsibilities :- Schedule and administer training programs; publish periodic training calendars across the firm.
- Plan and manage- logistics and end-to-end coordination for various learning events.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities, infrastructure and materials.
- Maintain data for training completion and reporting; experience with LMS is preferred.
- Assist with budgeting and maintaining vendor relationships- including onboarding and invoicing.
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility in serving stakeholders.
- Understand and adapt to the Grant Thornton corporate culture.
Skills :- Advanced communication skills (Oral & Written); ability to explain the tasks and processes to stakeholders. Write professional emails.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly MS Excel.
- Project Management; explain own work and identify the pending or open items.
- Learning & Development acumen.
Professional Experience / Qualifications :- MBA (HR) / BBA / BBM graduates with a maximum of 1.5 years- experience in L&D and/or HR Operations.
