Roles And Responsibilities :

- Work with Client CXOs and GT's team of consultants & analyst to diagnose, design, and implement solutions applicable to client's problem statement.

- Understand client's business to identify the key value drivers. Identify the industry best metrics and practices.

- Manage delivery of projects with the GTs levels of quality.

- Define deliverable content and facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from the clients

- Manage various stakeholders associated with the project

- Have a working understanding of quantitative methodologies including data mining, creating different models (maturity models, RCM, inventory models etc.) and performing analysis (Spend analysis, ABC analysis, cost analysis, productivity analysis etc.)

- Consolidate the findings during the project, and make presentations to the client, Board of Directors etc as required.

- Lead business development opportunities, prepare point-of-views, conduct diagnostics, and prepare winning proposals.

- Lead the development of knowledge assets, methodologies, research/ white papers, marketing collaterals. Participate in recruitment activities and represent GT in different platforms as required.

- Coach and mentor, the team on various technical, functional, and soft skills.

Qualifications, Experience and Location:

- Academic qualification: Master's Degree like MBA/Masters in Industrial Engineering etc. and with a bachelors in engineering degree from a reputed institute

- Work experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of total experience, in which they should have been exposed to non-IT business consulting work. Candidates should have client facing experience.

Example of typical Candidate profiles:

- A candidate who is currently a Manager with a Non-IT Consulting firm in their Op-Ex/Supply Chain practice for at least 1 to 2 years, with previous experience in similar consulting profiles or reputed manufacturing companies

- A candidate who is currently a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager with a Non-IT Consulting firm in their Opex/Supply Chain practice for last 2 to 3 years, with previous experience in similar consulting profiles or reputed manufacturing companies

- A candidate who is currently a leading the internal business excellence team for last 2 to 3 years in their firm and has Opex/Supply Chain practice experience in a Big 4 or Reputed consulting firm, and/or with previous experience in reputed manufacturing companies

- A candidate who is currently a leading the internal business excellence team for last 5 to 6 years in a very reputed organization where he/she had to interact with multiple stakeholders, has managed different consulting companies and have executed timeline and result defined projects before
