Manager/Associate Director - Attestation Services

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Participating in execution of review engagements for listed & non listed financial institutions, funds & advisory companies as per Indian GAAP

- Analytical analysis of various key areas such as treasury, corporate & retail loans

- Performing detailed analysis of Financial Statement including financial ratios, notes to accounts to ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory framework

- Analyzing financial and other business records and the preparation of reports

- Preparing LFAR in conjunction with ICFCR

Desired Profile :

Individual :

- Background in conducting & execution of assignments for financial services sector

- Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of processes involved in review assignments

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines which may demand extended working hours

Qualification/Certification :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Prior experience in handling assignments in listed & non listed financial institutions, funds & advisory companies

Skill Set :

- Ability to manage effectively multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment

- Ability to work effectively and utilize project management skills to manage tasks according to strict deadlines

- Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
