What we are looking in you:

Education Qualification

- Qualified Charted Accountant or Qualified CPA

Experience

- Minimum 9-12 years of progressive audit experience in a medium to a large public accounting firm or equivalent, Big 4 experience a plus.

- Expert Auditing skills with industry specialization and EQCR Experience

- Manage a team of 35-40 team members (25 staff and 10 Seniors)

- Manage escalation emails and calls and resolve the matter.

- Lead the meetings of Managers

- Should be able to identify and drive new initiatives

Areas of Responsibilities:-

A: Client Service Delivery and Quality

- Deliver exceptional client service with Quality by adopting client-centric mindset keeping in mind the US team as our internal clients. 


- Develop and Standardize the work paper Templates 


- Address service delivery quality issues 


- Organize and provide technical training

B: Business Management:

- Actively support the GTSSC Audit growth and quality initiatives by collaborating with other Audit AD and Managers  


- Enhance relationships with US ambassadors and leverage connects to identify business opportunities 


- Plan for annual growth, resource and activities for Audit Service Line


 - Monitor the flow of the work and scheduling of the engagements to optimize the resources. 


 - Approve and monitor the business expenses for the service line and ensure the compliance with budget. 


 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Audit Practice Leaders (APL)

C: Talent Development

- Be effective in empowering, monitoring, coaching and motivating the team members


 - Monitor Performance for the teams and region under the supervision and take appropriate action wherever required  

- Identify development opportunities and training needs for Managers and Seniors 


- Identify technical and soft skill training needs with respect to client service, decision-making, people issues, etc.


 - Conduct and lead timely talent reviews for Audit in collaborating with APLs, People & Culture (P&C) and ARM (Audit Resource Management) teams.

- Attract and help in the recruitment of high performing professionals especially Seniors and Managers 


- Design and implement the Reward & Recognition programs 


- Provide effective feedback to team members and ensure timely feedback is received on the work performed 


- Increase employee satisfaction and experience by creating an environment that reinforces a positive experience for our people

D: Communication and Event Management:

- Communicating frequently with APLs to raise and discuss practice-related matters and suggest probable solutions to resolve them 


- Share best practices with the teams and US ambassadors. 


- Collaborate and communicate with the cross service leaders to identify/create business opportunities leading to Optimizing the resource utilization and thereby increasing the overall center level utilization 


- Organizing/Conducting/Planning the Town hall meetings/AHMs


 - Plan and manage the Leadership and Client visits 


 - Manage the Firm/Practice level events and initiatives
